Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Blended Routes, we strive to deliver seamless and memorable travel experiences. However, we

understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are

applicable.

Cancellation by the Customer
•⁠ ⁠Prior to Trip Start (More than 30 Days): 80% refund of the total amount (after deducting
applicable booking charges).
•⁠ ⁠15–30 Days Before Trip: 50% refund.
•⁠ ⁠7–14 Days Before Trip: 25% refund.
•⁠ ⁠Less than 10 Days: No refund.

 

International tour Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation before 45 days: Full refund
44 days to 31 days: 50% of total billing
Less than 30 days: No refund

Cancellation by Blended Routes we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or

insufficient participants), you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule/travel

voucher.

Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be emailed to support@blendedroutes.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.   

    Non-Refundable Services
  • Visa, travel insurance, and documentation charges.
  • Special promotional or discounted packages (marked non-refundable).


    Travel Interruptions

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather, strikes, or

government actions. No refunds will be issued for services missed due to such disruptions.

         Modifications

Changes to bookings may attract rescheduling or service charges based on vendor policies
